Over the course of the past week or so, metal and mining stocks have been in the news due to rising economic uncertainty. In such a situation, it was hardly a surprise that RICH TV decided to cover such a stuck in its latest video. The stock that was on focus in the latest video was Arbor Metals Corp (TSXV:ABR) (FWB:432).
The company in question is involved in the exploration of properties that are still in the discovery stage and seeks to create value for its investors and shareholders. Moreover, the stock rallied strongly on Monday and it could be a good idea to have a look at what RICH TV had to say.
The company has a market capitalization of just over $89 million and the outstanding shares in circulation at this point are over 47 million. RICH TV pointed out that such numbers made the stock attractive for him. However, it is necessary to take a closer look at some other factors as well. In this regard, it is necessary to point out that the company has stated that it has not yet been able to determine whether the properties it has been exploring contain minerals or not.
That being said, the latest rally is something that has brought it in the focus of many investors. RICH TV presented stated that the rally possibly shows that ‘something’ might be going on or the stock would not have rallied that strongly.
The company seeks to work in the gold expiration space and in recent times, the price of gold has been rising consistently. This is something that has been a key factor behind the impressive performance of many gold stocks over the past week or so.
One other key factor in favor of Arbor Metals is the fact that the company boasts of a highly capable management team headed by Warren Robb. Robb is a trained geoscientist and has been working in the mining industry since the 1980s. In light of the latest rally, it is also necessary to point out that Arbor Metals is also working on the ambitious Rakounga Gold Project. Arbor has been granted permission to explore across an area of as much 250 square miles.
